No. It is read and drawn in your browser and never sent anywhere. Rendering happens on your machine.
what file do I get?
A VP9 WebM with a real alpha channel, the format OBS's stinger transition expects. Browsers without a VP9 encoder get a zip of transparent PNG frames plus an ffmpeg one-liner.
